National team travels to Beijing today

26.02.2008. After good performances at the Athens tournament, our team travels to Beijing today. “Reds” will stay there until 5th March and train together with Chinese national team. Also, our team will have the opportunity to see the Olympic village as well as pools.
-It's a long way and it will be exhausting, but it is good thing to have preparations. It is especially important for young players, to experience the atmosphere in the national team. Our performance in Athens was satisfying, we have a platform to build on – said Vjekoslav Paskovic.
Coach Porobic invited fourteen players for this trip to China, most of them young players who play in domestic championship. Only international is Milan Ticic
