20.02.2008.Today, in Hotel Splendid in Becici, Petar Porobic and VPSCG have signed five year long contract. Both sides expressed their happiness with the deal and, as vice president of VPSCG said - winner is Montenegrin water polo.

-We've done the most important thing. Federation made great decision, because Petar Porobic is one of world's best coaches - his results speak for itself. I'd like to thank Montenegrin goverment, ministry, Montenegrin Olympic Comitee which will be guarantee for the contract. I'd also like to express our gratitude to President of Federation - Srdjan Kovacevic, who couldn't make it here today, but was very important part of these negotiations.

Details of the contract weren't revealed, but Ticic said that Porobic will supervise the work of all national selections, with the focus on senior team.

- This was my goal. Now we can make long term strategy for Federation. We have great deal of potential and we are one of the teams that will have almost the same team for the next Olympic cyclus.
